About order

PO numbers issued by your company / institution are acceptable. Orders placed in any form are considered to be duly authorized at NovoPep and will form the basis of a contract between the customer and NovoPep. A confirmation will be sent to the customer within 24 hours via email once the order is accepted and defined by NovoPep. If you do not receive it, please contact us.

Orders can be placed by email or fax. Please provide the detailed description of your order in the email or fax. It would be great if your email address is available on the fax. For any query, please email us for a quotation before ordering.

About shipment

Synthesized peptides, custom antibodies and recombinant proteins will be shipped at room temperature as lyophilized powders. Ice bags and dry ices can be added to the package upon requested. Shipping fee and insurance (1% of total sales price) is paid by the customer. Unless unexpected cases happen, usually it takes 3-4 days for packages to be delivered.

About payment

Our products or services will be invoiced in US dollars. Payment can be made by wire transfer or PayPal. The payment term is net 30 days from receipt of invoice. For large orders, an advance payment would be requested.
